Welcome to the 2025 – 2026 School Year at Glen Oaks!

 

The Glen Oaks PTA Executive Board is thrilled to kick off another exciting year of learning, laughter,
and community. We’re here to support our amazing students, staff, and families—and we can’t wait to
partner with you!

 

Meet Your 2025 – 2026 PTA Executive Board

Thanks to your support, the PTA helps bring meaningful experiences to every part of our school
community. We sponsor engaging assemblies, book fairs, room parties, and the Holiday Shop for our
students. We host appreciation luncheons, stock the lounge and provide support throughout the year
to celebrate and uplift our incredible educators. We organize fun, inclusive family events like Bingo
Night, a Wolves Game and Chuck E. Cheese.

None of our events can happen without volunteers like you. Whether you have 30 minutes or a few
hours, your time and talents make a huge impact. Can’t help during the week? No problem! There are
weekend opportunities, planning roles from home, and other flexible ways to get involved. Many
hands make big jobs small—and every little bit helps!

To volunteer at Glen Oaks, please complete the following forms and submit a copy of your photo ID to
the school office: Guidelines for NPD117 Volunteers and NPD117 Volunteer Information Form and
Waiver of Liability. You can send the forms and copy of your ID with your child or drop them off at the
office (they’ll be happy to make a copy for you).

We’re excited to work together with you. We hope to see you soon at our meetings on the 3rd Tuesday
of every month at 3:45 in person or virtually at https://meet.google.com/jyj-afwa-fqt and at our
upcoming events!
