This week, we kicked off our new text set unit on artists by exploring the life and work of Jackson Pollock. Students were fascinated to learn about his unique style and creative process!
Take a look at our Jackson Pollock inspired paintings created right here in the classroom! Everyone did an amazing job and truly embraced the experience. Some students even listened to music, just like Pollock did, while others enthusiastically splattered paint to their heart’s content. It was a joyful, hands-on way to bring reading and art to life!
